Featuring the Art of Kent Mosley Pickens County has always had a deep appreciation for the arts, and as proud stewards of our local creative community, we are excited to invite you to the gallery space opening for our first open house event. Join us on November 8, 2025, as we proudly feature the work of local war hero and artist, Kent Mosley. During his distinguished service in the U.S. Army as a page for General MacArthur, Kent’s travels through China and abroad inspired a lifelong passion for art — capturing the beauty and complexity of the world he witnessed. We welcome you to experience his remarkable collection and celebrate his story as part of Jasper’s Soup Bean Festival. Help us celebrate the life of war hero, and patron of Pickens County, and help us honor the connection between art, history, and community. Pickens Arts and Cultural Alliance Annual Meeting Celebrating Arts & Culture in Pickens County, Georgia Event Overview The Pickens Arts and Cultural Alliance Annual Meeting is a key community event for arts and culture in Pickens County, Georgia.
