Tamie loves creating in oil paints for the freedom it allows her. She often uses her fingers to express herself. Her works encompass a variety of subjects but the style she uses allows her collectors to recognize her work. As past owner of Sparrows Gallery, Denison, TX she has been on both sides of the art world. This has given her a unique perspective when creating. Tamie has been painting professionally for many years which includes own Sparrows Gallery where she represented herself and 40+ other artists. It has given her a unique ability to create what she loves tailored to her audience. Commission work accepted as well.  Lately she’s had a love of all things animal and that’s been fun!

Tamie began creating art as a child and the love affair has never ended. In 2003 she sold my first painting and that began the journey to professional artist. Since then she’s owned a gallery, am a member of NOAPS and have sold hundreds of her paintings.

As a member of NOAPS, Tamie has taught art classes at Four Elements Blue Ridge, Sparrows Gallery and private lessons.  She loves art and will never stop using the talent God gave me.
