Cheryl is a still life artist with a focus on realism, shadow, and light. Her Child’s Play Series showcases vintage toys and transports the viewer to a simpler time. Her In the Kitchen Series highlights food preparation which brings people together.
She is inspired by contemporary artists Todd Casey, Adam Clague, Julie Beck, and Jeffrey Hayes.

Cheryl is originally from Wisconsin. She settled in Georgia nearly 30 years ago when her husband left the military. They live in Ellijay with their rescue dog, appropriately named “Shadow”. They have one son who lives in Atlanta.
