Medium: Mixed Media Abstract Collage

Courtney is self-taught by curiosity, play and experimentation and incorporates her ethos of upcycled materials in the canvases and supplies she procures second hand from a Goodwill-esque art supply store in Savannah, and the surprise found and/or recycled details. She creates multi-layered pieces using techniques such as traditional collage, resin, graffiti, and deconstruction. Courtney works intuitively so her pieces can range from whimsical and bold in color to simple and subdued.
