SUMMARY:Youth Art Month Gallery Event
DESCRIPTION:The Pickens Arts and Cultural Alliance (PACA) is excited to announce our annual Youth Art Month\, a community-wide celebration highlighting the creativity and talent of local students. We look forward to partnering once again with returning educators and warmly welcome new participants to join this inspiring arts event. \nYouth Art Month will take place on March 26–27\, 2026\, with the PACA gallery open to the public from 4:00–7:00 PM on both Thursday and Friday. Board members and volunteers will be on site throughout the event\, with refreshments served on Friday evening. The exhibition offers students\, families\, and community members the opportunity to engage with youth artwork in a welcoming gallery setting. \nThis event is coordinated and administered by the PACA Board\, and our team is available to assist with any questions or participation needs. For more information\, please contact our main office at 706-343-8127. Participating teachers are asked to provide sample artwork from students of merit for consideration and display during the exhibition. \nGrant Awards & Student Prizes\n\n\nEducator Grant: $250 for classroom use plus $250 for personal use \n\n\nHomeschool/Private School Groups: $100 per instructor (minimum of five students) \n\n\nHigh School Students: Awards of $100\, $150\, and $200 \n\n\nJunior High Students: $150 (1st place)\, $100 (2nd place)\, $50 (3rd place) \n\n\nYouth Art Month celebrates creativity\, education\, and community—join us in supporting the next generation of artists. \n  \nCLICK HERE FOR MORE INFORMATION AND THE HOME SCHOOL STUDENT SIGN UP \n  \nthe Council for Art Education (CFAE) proudly administers Youth Art Month \n  \n
